  I had the displeasure of meeting the attendant, Patricia. I let her know they had run out of creamer for their coffee. She returned saying, "Uh, yeah, sorry I can't do that." Fine. But when I let Patricia know there were literal ants frozen in their ice cubes, she shrugged and said, "There's nothing I can do about it." I suggested she at least grab receipt paper and say that the ice machine was out of order. She then responded with, "No, I'm not gonna do that. They'll be okay." She was rude, unhelpful, and couldn't care less about the customers or their health. Awful experience.
